Launching a new Rewards credit card is no easy feat. Launching it during a pandemic? Even tougher. So we knew that we needed to break through with something that would get people’s attention during a really difficult time.
Enter our campaign that featured that “new car smell” with everything you buy — a playful and entertaining way to show the benefits of the credit card. We worked with amazing comedic director, Kim Nguyen, who brought her own special touch to the creative.
The campaign ran on network and national cable TV, streaming, site, organic and paid FB — and we also created offshoots of the campaign for digital OOH (airports/malls/salons/sports venues/etc.) along with Pandora and iHeart streaming ads.
And the result?
We saw a whopping 75% increase in active spenders among newly-acquired Cardmembers compared to our prior lead consumer credit card in the same time-period, one year prior.
