You don’t always get the chance to completely rebrand, rewrite and redesign a full Rewards program site — but that’s exactly what we got the chance to do.

Thanks to an extremely detailed customer journey map and a huge team effort — we were able to see exactly what was working and what wasn’t.

What was a daunting task and months of work for our team — translated into a 41% increase in enrollments from our overview page, a 242% increase in awareness and a 284% increase in onboarding.
